It.s taken us 16 years to get to this point but we can proudly say that our first worship album is complete. Conversations, back-and-forth emails and many questions started in August 2008 about the possibilities of embarking on such a project. Prior to us moving into our new building in 2005 the options to record and practice were zero, but realising what God had given us opened up the possibilities of this becoming a reality.
Without going any further we need to thank our Saviour and maker Jesus
Christ, without whom none of this would have be possible or even relevant.
It's because of Jesus that we can celebrate and express our freedom in Him.
This journey for the band has not been without its challenges! From long
practices, to being unsure of where we're going, the recorded weekend was
the ultimate grand finale of all the hard work put in. To all of you
involved, well done and what a joy to see your gifts being used for His
glory and fame.
To the church, your generosity in finances and heart has been amazing. That
Sunday would not have been the same without your support and backing. We
love the way you're ready touch His heart each Sunday.
Jeff, Viv and the elders, thank you for putting your faith in us and giving
us carte blanche with this project. What a privilege to be lead by those who
are hungry for the manifest presence of Jesus, with hearts to see more of
Him. Thank you for making worship a priority in this church.
Mr. James Porter, you need a special mention for your patience, input and
dedication to see this project succeed. It has been a real joy working with
you and believe me, this is not the end.
