We are very glad to have Anton and Elana Cuyler join the team on staff this year. It has been quite a journey for them in getting to this place but we welcome them and know they will be a real blessing to The Bay. Here is a note from them below:
God is good! After 10 years in the UK we are back in our home country. The past 10 years has been a wonderful experience of God’s grace, power and love in our lives and those whom he connected us with. In January 2000 we both set of to the UK, we met each other one year later and two years later we met Jesus. For the past seven years we’ve been part of Chafford Hundred Community Church in Essex were we have served in various areas of church life with our main focus being the Youth Ministry. We’ve seen wonderful things during our years in England and God has brought on our way many opportunities and wonderful people. Two years ago God called us to come to Africa and to serve him as fulltime volunteers. During the past two years God has led us to Muizenberg and the Bay Community Church. The journey has had its challenges, but God’s amazing work and provision in many areas has far outweighed those. The Bay Community Church and the community of Muizenberg is a place of many opportunities to serve our awesome Father. We trust that he will direct our path in the ways he wants us to go. We would like to thank everyone at The Bay for making us feel so welcome and for giving us the opportunity to serve the church and the community which God has lead us to. Anton and Elana
