I am writing to you from Ngwenya Lodge in Mpumalanga. What a wonderful place, on the southern tip of the KrugerPark, and the opportunity to view game from a deck overlooking the Crocodile River. Amazing. We have been encouraged by the reports that we have received about what God continues to do in The Bay, and encouragement is what I want to write about. The Church should be the place where you can come and receive encouragement, and let’s be honest, it hasn’t been like that in days gone by, but God is doing a new thing, and of that we are well pleased and encouraged. Amen? In Acts 3; 1-10 we read about the crippled beggar being healed, and the word’s that really strike me are, “but what I have I give you”. What we have from the Father, in Jesus Christ, by the Holy Spirit is enough to encourage everybody we meet. We have been enriched in EVERY way (1 Cor.1; 5), and we have access to all the mysteries and revelations of God which can “just blow your mind man!” Look up these scriptures, meditate on them, and let them encourage you, remembering that we must we be secure ‘in Him’, as we ask. John 14; 14; John 15; 7; John 15; 16; John 16; 23-24. Be VERY encouraged. Welcome John and Sue, and all who are our guests this morning .
